Le Cervin is 120 years old.

The restaurant is an iconic place of Crans-Montana. Build at the beginning of 1900, it always had a special aura with its breath-taken view on the Swiss Alps and the Matterhorn.

The next generation: Eddy Cottini

Chef Eddy is the next generation in charge of Le Cervin. Eddy has worked with the best Michelin stars chefs in the world, in particular at the Sanghri-La in Hong Kong, Hermitage in Zurich, Auberge de Vouvry, before joining his family and now running the restaurant. He is also the Head Chef at Le Cervin.

“My parents, and my grandparents before them used to come to Le Cervin every year. We are now keeping up this tradition to the delight of our four children who tasted their first raclette here, when they were 2 years old.”
